Circle astonished by CQC’s actions over Hinchingbrooke

Circle has said it is astonished by the Care Quality Commission’s (CQC) decision to upgrade the rating awarded to Hinchingbrooke Healthcare NHS Trust in January on the basis of a second inspection, which took place a week before it published a damning report branding the trust inadequate’.
